​No previous dance experience necessary. All bodies are welcome

What will happen?

Warm up by moving each body part gently. Play with dynamics of movement: speed, focus, intention, directions.

Use a prop to spark movement. Tell a story. Share in someone else's story.

Cool down with stretches and meditation.
