Single session (solution focussed)

Service Description

Solution focused looking at one specific concern: - problem solving - decision making - feeling stuck in a cycle of behaviour - preparation for specific event (e.g. exam, presentation) - communication issues Includes: 90 minute in-clinic session - Follow up plans and phone call(s) Sessions can be for individuals or for two people who are having trouble connecting/communicating/understanding each other.
