For those who have had a life changing event such as TBI, stroke or intensive medical treatment, we can work on your physical and mental health goals at the same time. Addressing balance, reactions, cognitive functioning and fine and gross motor skills in an environment where you can share your emotions, frustrations and grief safely.

Dance and movement therapy for neurodiverse people will support learning and communication in a person-centred format. ​
